The drawbacks of traditional automatic refueling:
1. Insufficient refueling. The traditional refueling method cannot directly add oil to the core parts of the rotary shuttle, such as the rotary shuttle liner and groove.
The refueling flow cannot be accurately controlled. Excessive amounts can cause pollution to fabrics, machines, and floors.
The refueling distribution is uneven. The distribution of each head from the nose to the tail is not in place, with some heads having too much oil, others having too little oil, and some heads even not producing oil. The more heads there are, the greater the problem.
4. Oil leakage. Aging or installation issues of the fuel pipe joint can lead to long-term oil leakage, directly causing the inability to use this function.
5 blockages. The oil stored in oil pipes and tanks for a long time will deteriorate on its own, and the deteriorated oil will block the oil hole like a sludge like object.
